1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AuraVision's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Products

All digital products sold on AuraVision are provided "as is" and are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or not as described.

• Products are licensed for commercial and personal use unless otherwise stated
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the digital products
• Modifications to products are allowed for your own use
• Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase date

3. Custom Services

Custom design and video services are subject to separate agreements and pricing. Project timelines and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. A 50% deposit is required for all custom projects.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All prices are in USD. Payment must be received in full before digital products are made available for download or custom work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AuraVision, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AuraVision and protected by international copyright laws. Purchased digital products grant you a license to use but not ownership of the intellectual property.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues with your download or receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

AuraVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

AuraVision reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
